The impact of job stress and job burnout on power health during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work fatigue on mental health of health workers mediated by social support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used SEM Amos. The results of data analysis Job stress has a positive and significant direct effect on social support received by 37.7% and p-value bootstrapping 0.004 < 0.05. Burnout has a positive and significant direct effect on social support received by 35.7% and p-value bootstrapping 0.004 < 0.05. Job stress has a positive and significant direct effect on mental health by 30.7% and p- value bootstrapping 0.004 < 0.05. Burn out has a positive and significant direct effect on mental health by 19.1% and p-value bootstrapping 0.026<0.05. Perceived social support has a positive and significant direct effect on mental health by 41.7% and p-value bootstrapping 0.004 < 0.05. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on mental health through perceived social support of 15.7% and p- value bootstrapping 0.004 < 0.05. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on mental health through perceived social support of 14.9% and p-value bootstrapping 0.004 < 0.05.
