PERENCANAAN DINDING GESER GEDUNG KEUANGAN NEGARA BANDA ACEH MENGGUNAKAN SNI GEMPA 1726:2019

Abstract


One of the ways to minimize the impact of the earthquake is to prepare appropriate building infrastructure planning standards based on SNI 1726:2019. The main purpose of this study is to compare the internal forces on the structure and determine the displacement between floors to the earthquake load carried between applying shear walls and not applying shear walls. Data are used in the form of planning data, which includes the materials of concrete and reinforcement. In the collection data activities, secondary data is used which includes the drawing of the State Finance Building in Banda Aceh. The research method is using graphical and table analysis methods with SAP 2000 software analysis by taking 22 points associated with shear walls, and there are 2 types of shear wall placement, shear walls type "I" and without using shear walls. Without the use of shear walls, the maximum displacement between floors in the "Y" direction is 12.69 mm, while the type "I" displacement is 3.77 mm. The findings indicate that the building can benefit from the usage of shearwall type "I," which can be icrease moment, torque, and displacement while lowering the seismic load.
