PERAN STAKEHOLDER PADA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI DI KOTA BANDA ACEH: SUATU ANALISIS REGRESI LOGISTIK

Abstract

Construction project management is a sequence of tasks that must be completed within schedule and budget constraints in order to produce high-quality building outcomes. Stakeholders are participants in both the organization and the project. The issue addressed in this study revolves around which stakeholders are given greater priority over others. The purpose of this study was to examine the stakeholders' roles in construction projects and identify those stakeholders who have knowledge or expertise similar to the author's own on the management of construction projects in Banda Aceh. The number of respondents in the study's sample was 32. The study's independent factors (policy maker, coordinator, facilitator, implementer, and accelerator) and dependent variables related to stakeholders make up the variables. The Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) approach, which was used for factor analysis, was obtained for all variables with a P-value greater than 0.50 and a Bartlett's Test of Sphericity significance level of 0.05, so all variables were declared valid and reliable. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the accelerator variable is the dominant stakeholder, with a mean value of 4.56. The results of the logistic regression analysis obtained the equation model Y = -100.677 + 1.169 X1 + 2.912 X2 + 1.247 X3 - 0.683 X4 + 3.090 X. This shows that the accelerator (X5) plays an important role in construction projects, with an exponential value of 21.983 greater than the other variable. Therefore, the accelerator which plays a role in accelerating and contributing so that a program can run according to the target or even faster in time for its achievement, is the role of stakeholders who play an important role in construction projects in Banda Aceh City.
