Generally, the bore pile is the most frequently used foundation in conditions where the building is squeezed by the existing building. In addition to the bearing capacity, which is considered relatively safe, the bore pile is also considered effective in reducing vibrations around the existing building to minimize damage to the building due to the installation of the foundation. However, bore pile procedure is longer than drilled pile during construction, so the time required to construct the substructure is longer. Therefore, in this research, the bore pile was modified into drilled to minimize the work time. In this research, a case study was taken at UPN Veterans East Java, where a new building was being constructed among the existing buildings that had been standing. In addition, there are SEM tools in existing buildings that require minimal vibration or attenuation to prevent damage to the tool. Therefore, in this study, the method of installation used was inject pile method. This method can reduce the occurrence of vibration compared to the usual method, such as a hammer. The pressure analysis results showed that the pressure value exceeded the threshold, so pressure mitigation was carried out using the preboring method. With pressure mitigation with 12.5 m preboring, it can reduce pressure to 0.008907, and this value is considered very safe for the existing building and the SEM tool in the existing building.
