Indonesia is one of the countries that pass through the world's ring of fire, causing the high potential of earthquake disasters in Indonesia to signal to all parties involved in the construction industry. In some practices of construction activities, especially buildings, there are still deviations from the requirements and standards in the work of column and beam structures. Deviations that are often found such as problems detailing reinforcement work and casting of column and beam structures. In this research, we discuss the inspection method regarding the detailing of column and beam structure work in the form of an inspection matrix based on SNI 2847:2013 and SNI 1726:2012 to reduce the level of deviations that occur in structural work for a case study of a hospital development project. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a discrepancy between the design and implementation of the requirements for detailing the column and beam structure work in the hospital development project. The inspection of concrete materials and steel reinforcement used in the construction of the Pondok Indah Hospital (RSPI) Bintaro building has met the requirements of SNI 2857:2013 which is shown by the percentage of design conformity value and KPI analysis of 100%. The percentage of conformity of column and beam structure work to SNI standards 2847:2013 as much as 86% and 74.83%. The percentage of compliance detailing of earthquake-related reinforcement to SNI 2847:2013 standard is 79.2%. The percentage of conformity of concrete blanket thick detailing to SNI 2847:2013 is 100%.
