ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENERAPAN LEAN CONSTRUCTION PADA PRODUKTIVITAS PROYEK KONSTRUKSI GEDUNG DI PROVINSI ACEH

Abstract

The low application of lean construction methods by contractor companies causes inefficient project productivity in implementing building construction projects in Aceh Province. This research aims to determine the lean construction factors applied to the productivity of building construction projects in Aceh Province and the influence of the application of lean construction factors on productivity in building construction projects in Aceh Province using quantitative methods through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, Principle Component Analysis (PCA) factor analysis, and multiple linear regression based on the results. The respondent criteria were one personnel from a building subclassification contractor company (BG001–BG009) at the top management level who had a history of building construction in Aceh Province with source of funds for the Aceh Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBA) for 2017–2023. The research results show that the lean construction factors applied to building construction projects in Aceh Province are time management, implementation, planning, communication, material control, relationships and project management with a total variance (percentage of application) of 62.964%. These factors in implementing lean construction partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the productivity of building construction projects in Aceh Province.
