Peer Review Process

Manuscripts submitted to the JAT will be reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers with an appropriately matched major. Reviewers could be from the Universitas Syiah Kuala or from other academic institutions. Reviewers are unaware of the identities of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identities of the reviewers (blind peer reviews). The author can track electronically the whole process from submission to editorial decision by assessing the site through the username and password that are supplied when registering. The aim of the peer review process is to ensure a high-quality and original scientific manuscript for publication. The review process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Journal History

The printed version of the JAT journal was released for the first time in 2003 and continued until 2010 (Volume 8), whereas papers published in JAT may be freely accessible online beginning in November 2022. (Vol. 9). JAT is published twice per year, in May and November.
