The Journal of Civil Engineering in Emerging Countries (JCEEC) is devoted to original and interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed papers on research related to the broad spectrum of Civil Engineering. The journal provides a forum for the international Civil Engineering community to present and discuss substances of major interest the developments in Civil Engineering aspects particularly from the emerging countries cases.
