Pengarub posisi operasl Cerbadap fisiologis pasien
Abstract
Ab1trak. Abttract. Patient's position related to an operation procedure is a close relationship between anesthesia effect to a patienu both structural aod physiological, and the right position needed to obtain optimal access to wgei organ. Physiologic changes can be happend due to the disease itself and trauma caused by transpoting 10 bed, through eondors or elevators, and when moving the patient to operairing !Ible. Physical respond due to position changes ls a reaction of gravity. The majority of the changes is due to the effect of gravitation to blood and its distribution to venous system, pulmonal, and arterial. There are also several important changes in pulmonal mechanism and perfussion, These changes can lead 10 altered of respiratory and cardiovascular system.. Wrong positioning of a patient can lead the danger of complications. Many studies had showed that certain position can give certain a.ff'ects either good or bad. Physicians should know the be$I position 10 obtain the optimal access to the organ targe1ed for operation. (./KS21}(}9;1: J()()..109)
