Abstract
Abstract. The COVID-19 pandemic will not end in the near future, while people have to return to their activities. This means that we must be able to live with SARS CoV-2 which causes COVID-19 by implementing health protocols. How health protocols in the new normal era can become a lifestyle in society certainly requires a socialization process that is not easy and involves many parties. This article aims to determine the implementation of information technology-based health promotion social marketing in the application of health protocols in the new normal era. The literature review was carried out by browsing references from various scientific journals, books and official government websites related to the topic of writing this article. The journal criteria used are publications from December 2019 to December 2021, both national and international. Social media on information technology-based health promotion is considered very appropriate during the COVID-19 pandemic and can be an alternative for delivering health information in the new normal era. Careful planning of social marketing steps in health promotion is needed that involves all stakeholders
