This study analyzes the people tendency in Banda Aceh city to use electronic money. The study was conducted in Banda Aceh city with 204 respondents. Logit model was applied in this research. The result shows that the tendency of people to use electronic money is significantly influenced by income, facilities, and environment while education has an insignificant effect on electronic money. Furthermore, the environmental impact was found by 2.5 times, facilities by 2.2 times and income by 1.3 times. It indicates that the environment is able to change people's perception and facilities to facilitate in accessing electronic money. The recommendation of this study shows that electronic money has started to develop in Banda Aceh city, but it needs to do socialization about electronic money to the community and convey the importance of electronic money in the process of ease, smoothness and security for the users.
