Pengaruh Entrepreneur Knowlodge, Entrepreneurial Mindset dan Kecenderungan Pengambilan Risiko Terhadap Minat Wirausaha Pada Generasi Muda
Abstract
Every year many students graduate from state or private universities which are not matched by adequate job opportunities, so the government is trying to optimize the young generation so they can create their own jobs through entrepreneurship. Therefore, the role of the younger generation needs to be grown and improved optimally so that this research aims to analyze entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset and risk-taking tendencies as independent (exogenous) latent variables on entrepreneurial interest as a dependent (endogenous) latent variable. This research is specifically aimed at the younger generation, especially students who are in the millennial generation and generation Z range, using descriptive quantitative methods to see causality between variables and to test the hypotheses that have been established. The sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique, totaling 312 people and this research used path analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach to test the relationship between latent variables and the relationship between latent variables and their construct indicators. The results of the research show that entrepreneurial knowledge, with a P-Value of 0.002 < 0.005, entrepreneurial mindset P-Value of 0.000 < 0.005 and risk-taking tendencies with a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.005 on entrepreneurial interest which means that Ha is accepted for each variable and has a positive impact and significant. The greater the variables of entrepreneurial know-how, entrepreneurial mindset and risk-taking tendencies, the greater the interest in entrepreneurship among the younger generation.
