Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research are to determine (1) the effects of compensation and placement to job satisfaction (2) the effects of compensation and placement to the organizational performance (3) the effect of job satisfaction to organizational performance (4) the effects of compensation to organizational performance through job satisfaction and (5) the effects of placement on organizational performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Aceh, conducted to as many as 115 people. Analysis equipment used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of the hypothesis study have shown that the compensation and the placement are positively and significantly effecting Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Aceh, also there are some direct and indirect effects of variables compensation and placement on the organizational performance in Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Aceh through intervening variables of job satisfaction.
