ANALISA KARAKTERISTIK TARIKAN PERGERAKAN PENGUNJUNG KEDAI KOPI DI KOTA BANDA ACEH BERDASARKAN TATA GUNA LAHAN

Abstract

Abstract: The tradition of gathering for brotherhood in Acehnese society has been formed for a long time ago. Coffee shop is one of tradition or cultural artifacts in which Acehnese gather each others, the place of social interaction, and other activities as well. The rise number of coffee shops in Banda Aceh as one of the central activities resulted in traffic jam on streets which are located  around coffee , this is due to increased generation and strain of the traffic flow which is  quite crowded on pathways toward the center of the activity. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the trip attraction characteristics of the coffee shop visitor in Banda Aceh based on land use. The survey was conducted in seven favorite coffee shops that is Solong (Ulee Kareng), Zakir (Darussalam), Daphu Kupi (Sp. Surabaya), Cut Nun (Jeulingke), 3 in 1 (Lampineung), Taufik Kupi (Pocut Baren) and VIAIPI (Batoh) by collecting secondary data such direct observations of the research object, interviews with informants who knows or able to provide relevant information and documentation from coffee shop that has been determined. The results of the questionnaire are tabulated became independent variables and the dependent variable, and then analyzed by using Ordinary Linear Square (OLS) with linear regression and software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Statistical analysis shows that the trip attraction model of visitor in terms of the land used is divided into two modes of transport such as car: Y1 = 2.553 + 1.664 X1 + 0.099 X6 which: X1 = the number of visitors and X6 = area or a parking lot, with a determination equal to 0.908 and motorcycle: Y2 = 8.189 + 0.323 X1 + 0.280 X3 which: X1 = the number of visitors and X3 = the capacity or the number of seats, with the value of determination of 0.917.

Abstrak: Tradisi berkumpul untuk silaturahmi pada masyarakat Aceh sudah lama terbentuk. Warung kopi merupakan salah satu artefak dari tradisi atau budaya berkumpul pada masyarakat Aceh dan tempat terjadinya interaksi sosial serta berbagai aktivitas lainnya. Maraknya kemunculan beragam kedai kopi di Kota Banda Aceh sebagai salah satu pusat kegiatan mengakibatkan jalan-jalan di sekitar kedai tersebut mengalami kemacetan, hal ini dikarenakan meningkatnya tarikan arus lalu lintas yang cukup ramai membebani jalur-jalur menuju pusat kegiatan tersebut. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik tarikan pergerakan pengunjung kedai kopi di kota Banda Aceh bedasarkan tata guna lahan. Survei dilakukan pada tujuh kedai kopi terfavorit yaitu: Solong (Ulee Kareng), Zakir (Darussalam), Daphu Kupi (Sp. Surabaya), Cut Nun (Jeulingke), 3 in 1 (Lampineung), Taufik Kupi (Pocut Baren) dan VIAIPI (Batoh), dengan cara mengumpulkan data sekunder yaitu observasi langsung terhadap objek penelitian, wawancara dengan informan yang mengetahui atau mampu memberikan keterangan yang relevan serta dokumentasi dari kedai kopi yang bersangkutan. Hasil dari kuesioner ditabulasikan menjadi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Ordinary Linear Square (OLS) dengan regresi linier berganda dan bantuan software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Berdasarkan analisis statistik menunjukkan model tarikan pergerakan pengunjung ditinjau dari tata guna lahan terbagi dalam dua moda transportasi yaitu mobil: Y1 = 2,553 + 1,664 X1 + 0,099 X6 dimana X1 = jumlah pengunjung dan X6 = luas area atau lahan parkir, dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,908 dan sepeda motor: Y2 = 8,189 + 0,323 X1 + 0,280 X3 dimana: X1 = jumlah pengunjung dan X3 = kapasitas atau  jumlah kursi, dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,917.
