Syiah Kuala Law Journal is a legal periodical, managed and published by Master of Laws Study Program, Faculty of Law, Syiah Kuala University. First edition of the journal was published in 2017 as a replacement of Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, a law journal previously managed by Post-Graduate Study Program of Syiah Kuala University.

Syiah Kuala Law Journal is published in a periodic of 3 (three) times a year, April, August, and December. Accepted articles within a certain period will be published online and can be accessed fulltext through the website of the journal. Hardcopy version will be published each end of publication period. The article published is considered fully as opinion and/or argumentation of each respective author (s) and,  therefore, is not that of editors or journal publishers.

Syiah Kuala Law Journal is as a publication medium of articles written based on original research or critical analysis. All articles submitted to the journal should not have been published or under consideration to be published in other journals. The language of the articles should be English language. The scope of writing should be relevant to legal dicipline, that is, private law, administrative law, Indonesian law, business law, constitutional law, criminal law, international law, Islamic sharia, phylosophy of law, customary law, economic law, and human right law.

Manuscript Submission
Syiah Kuala Law Journal processes all manuscripts through open journal system (OJS). So, we would like to invite authors to submit the manuscript via this link:  http://jurnal.usk.ac.id/sklj Letter of manuscript submission will be automatically sent to the authors by Email. The process of the manuscript could be monitored through OJS. The admission process of manuscripts is conducted throughout the year. Manuscripts will go through the double-blind peer review and editorial review before accepted for publication.
