ANALISA PENYEBAB DAN RENCANA AKSI KONDISI STUNTING DI PROVINSI ACEH MENGGUNAKAN DIAGRAM FISHBONE, FMEA DAN KAIZEN

Abstract


Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in children or toddlers caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time. The prevalence of stunting in Aceh Province is 31.2% by 2022. This study aims to map the problem of stunting in Aceh Province through identifying the source of the problem using a fishbone diagram, analyzing the cause-effect relationship and risks that may arise from each source of the problem and designing a stunting prevention action plan using the kaizen method. The conclusion of this research is that stunting in Aceh Province is caused by high economic inequality factors so that it is necessary to improve the economic system and assisted by other prevention such

as providing education to pregnant women, parents or caregivers of children.
