STUDI KELAYAKAN BISNIS YOGHURT BUAH LOKAL DI BANDA ACEH, INDONESIA

Abstract


After the COVID-19 pandemic, a health food and beverage industry, such as fruit yogurt, has begun to develop in parts of Indonesia. One of the fruit yogurt businesses in Banda Aceh, Indonesia is Frensgurt. As a new business, Frensgurt needs to carry out an analysis regarding the feasibility of its business so that it can be developed. The aim of this study was to measure the feasibility of the Frensgurt business. This study used data sources consisting of primary and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively for market and marketing, technical and technological, operational management, and legal aspects. For the financial aspect, it was analysed quantitatively which consisted of NPV, B/C Ratio, IRR and PBP. Based on qualitative aspects, Frensgurt business is feasible to run. The company structure is designed to fulfill the required responsibilities. The business licensing registration that has been planned to assist the Frensgurt business can be legally recognized. During the 5-year project, the Frensgurt business obtained the NPV of IDR 326,566,115.62, B/C Ratio of 2.85, IRR of 66.69%, and PBP for 1 year, 4 months, 18 days. The Frensgurt business is feasible based on market and marketing, technical and technological, operational management, legal and financial aspects.
