Abstract


Sweet potato chips are one example of a sweet potato processing business that can be done by business owners because the raw materials are quite abundant and the processing is simple. The development of a sweet potato chips business requires a customer relationship between business owners and consumers. It shows that there is interaction and a relationship between the company and its consumers to create a positive experience, maintain loyalty, and increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to obtain a customer relationship between business owners and their consumers. The method used in this study is an in-depth interview with business owners. Interviews use structured questionnaires. The results of this study are that the relationship between business owners and consumers is very good. This is evidenced by the cooperation between several distributors and business owners that have been established for years.
