PENGARUH KONSENTRASI INOKULAN TANAH DENGAN PUPUK ANORGANIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL PADI (Oryza sativa L.)
Abstract
Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi Inokulan dengan pupuk anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti adalah konsentrasi inokulan dengan pupuk anorganik yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu P0: Tanpa inokulan +100% dosis Urea, SP – 36 dan KCl, P1: 5 liter /ha + 50 % Dosis Urea, SP – 36 dan KCl, P2: 6 liter / ha + 50 % Dosis Urea, SP – 36 dan KCl, dan P3: 7 liter / ha + 50 % Dosis Urea, SP – 36 dan KCl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata terhadap rata – rata jumlah anakan umur 45 HST, persentase gabah berisi per rumpun, rata – rata berat gabah berisi per plot dan rata – rata berat gabah berisi per hektar dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap rata – rata jumlah malai per rumpun, rata-rata panjang malai per rumpun, rata – rata jumlah gabah total per malai, rata – rata berat gabah berisi per rumpun dan rata – rata berat 1000 butir gabah berisi. Pada berat gabah berisi per rumpun perlakuan P3 memiliki berat tertinggi yaitu30,94 gramdan berat terendah terdapat pada perlakuan P0 yaitu28,84 gram. Untuk peubah berat gabah berisi per plot perlakuan P3 juga memiliki berat tertinggi yaitu 5.72 kg/plot atau setara dengan 11,7 ton/ha dan yang terendah terdapat pada perlakuan P0 yaitu 4.87 kg/plot atau setara dengan 9,9 ton/ha. Pertumbuhan dan komponen hasil yang paling baik dijumpai pada dosis perlakuan P3 dimana semakin tinggi dosis inokulan yang diberikan maka akan semakin baik dalam peningkatan hasil produksi padi.
The Effect of Soil Inoculant Concentration with Inorganic Fertilizer on Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Growth and Yield
Abstract, This study aims to determine the concentration of inoculant with inorganic fertilizer on growth and yield of rice . This study used a completely randomized design ( CRD ) non- factorial with 4 treatments and 4 replications . Factors studied were the concentration of inoculant with inorganic fertilizers consisting of 4 levels , namely P0 : Without inoculant dose +100 % Urea , SP - 36 and KCl , P1 : 5 liters / ha + 50 % Urea Dosing , SP - 36 and KCl , P2 : 6 liters / ha + 50 % Urea Dosing , SP - 36 and KCl , and P3 : 7 liters / ha + 50 % Urea Dosing , SP - 36 and KCl . The results showed that treatment significantly affect the average - average age 45 HST number of tillers , percentage of grain containing per clump , average - average grain weight per plot and shows the average - average weight of grain per hectare and contain very significant effect on the average - average number of panicles per hill , the average length of panicles per hill , the average - average total number of grains per panicle , average - average grain weight per hill and contains average - average weight of 1000 grains contain . On grain weight per clump treatments containing P3 has the highest weight is the lowest weight of 30.94 grams and contained in the P0 treatment is 28.84 grams . For variable grain weight per plot treatments containing P3 also has the highest weight is 5.72 kg / plot , equivalent to 11.7 tonnes / ha and the lowest was in treatment P0 is 4.87 kg / plot , equivalent to 9.9 tons / ha . Growth and yield components found in most good dose treatment P3 where the higher dose of the inoculant is given , the better the increase of rice production
