PENGARUH DOSIS MIKORIZA Glomus mosseae DAN VARIETAS UNTUK PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL PAPRIKA (Capsicum annuum L.) PADA TANAH ANDISOL
Abstract
ABSTAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas Dosis mikoriza Glomus mosseae dan pengaruh Varietas serta untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya interaksi antara jenis mikoriza Glomus mosseae dengan beberapa Varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil paprika pada Tanah Andisol. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Rumah kasa dan Laboratorium Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh dari bulan Juli sampai November 2020. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 4 x 2, dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu dosis pupuk mikoriza (D) yang terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu D0 = 0 g/Pot, D1 = 5 g/Pot, D2 = 10 g/Pot, D3 = 15 g/Pot. Faktor kedua Varietas ( V ) terdiri atas 2 taraf yaitu V1 = Varietas merah dan V2 = Varietas kuning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Interaksi antara Dosis Mikoriza Glomus mosseae dan Varietas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman paprika umur 15 dan 30 HSPT, diameter pangkal batang umur 30 dan 45 HSPT, jumlah cabang produktif, berat basah dan berat kering keseluruhan tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman paprika terbaik dijumpai pada kombinasi dosis mikoriza 15 g/Pot dan varietas kuning.
Effect of Dose of Mycorrhiza Glomus mosseae and Varieties for Growth and Yield of Paprika (Capsicum annuum L.) On Andisol Soil
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the doses of mycorrhiza Glomus mosseae and the effect of varieties and to determine whether there is an interaction between the tmycorrhiza species and several varieties on the growth and yield of paprika on Andisol soil. This research was carried out at the screen house and Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh from July to November 2020. The research design used was a 4 x 2 factorial randomized block design (RAK), with 3 replications. The factor studied was the dose of mycorrhiza fertilizer (D) which consisted of 4 levels, namely D0 = 0 g/plant, D1 = 5 g/plant, D2 = 10 g/plant, D3 = 15 g/plant. The second factor Varieties (V) consists of 2 levels, namely V1 = red variety and V2 = yellow variety. The results showed that the interaction between the dose of mycorrhiza Glomus mosseae and varieties had a very significant effect on the parameters of pepper plant height at the age of 15 and 30 DAP, stem diameter at the age of 30 and 45 DAP, number of productive branches, wet weight and dry weight of the whole plant, number of fruits per plant. The best growth and yield of paprika was found at a combination of mycorrhiza doses of 15 g/plant and yellow variety.
