Pengaruh Densitas Gulma Bayam Duri (Amaranthus spinosus L.) terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merril)

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh densitas gulma bayam duri terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan dan Laboratorium Ilmu Gulma Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh sejak bulan Februari sampai April 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola non- faktorial dengan 6 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 30 unit percobaan. Densitas gulma terdiri dari 6 taraf: D0 = 0 tanpa gulma, D1 = 2 gulma per tanaman, D2= 4 gulma per tanaman, D3 = 6 gulma per tanaman, D4 = 8 gulma per tanaman, D5 = 10 gulma per tanaman. Peubah yang diamati yaitu bobot kering gulma, laju tinggi tanaman, jumlah bintil akar, bobot kering bintil akar, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman dan bobot biji per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa densitas gulma bayam duri berpengaruh terhadap jumlah biji per tanaman.


Effect of spiny amarant weed density (Amaranthus spinosus L.) on growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merril)

 

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the density of spinach thorns on the growth and yield of soybean plants. This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden and Weed Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh from February to April 2022. This study used a completely randomized design with a non-factorial pattern with 6 treatments and 5 replications, so there were 30 units test. Weed density consists of 6 levels: D0 = 0 without weeds, D1 = 2 weeds per plant, D2 = 4 weeds per plant, D3 = 6 weeds per plant, D4 = 8 weeds per plant, D5 = 10 weeds per plant. The variables observed were dry weight of weeds, plant height rate, number of root nodules, dry weight of root nodules, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant. The results showed that the density of thorny spinach weeds affected the number of seeds per plant
