Analisis Representasi Matematika Calon Guru Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Pemecahan Masalah Geomeri Ditinjau dari Gaya Belajar

Abstract


Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi calon guru sekolah dasar di Universitas Matam dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang yang memiliki gaya belajar visual, auditori dan kinestetik. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah tes geometri, tes gaya belajar ELSA, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian dengan tipe belajar visual belum mampu menerapkan langkah-langkah pemecahan masalah Polya serta  belum mampu merepresentasikan bangun datar sesuai dengan permasalahan; subjek penelitian dengan gaya belajar tipe auditori telah mampu mempresentasikan bangun datar sesuai dengan permasalahan namun tidak memeriksa kembali jawaban yang telah diperoleh; subjek penelitian dengan gaya belajar tipe kinestetik tidak mampu mempresentasikan gambar bangun datar sesuai dengan permasalahan serta tidak memeriksa kembali langkah-langkah penyelesaian serta jawaban akhir yang diperoleh.
