Wael Omran Aly is an associate professor of public administration-business administration department at New Cairo Academy, Egypt. His research interests focus on the areas of public management and governance, and his work has been published worldwide. Wael is an editorial board member of many international journals and has participated in many international conferences, forums and round tables. He is a longstanding member of the World Congress on Humanities and Social Sciences programme committee. He has a PhD in public administration from Cairo University.
