The Influence of Village Head Leadership Style and Work Culture on The Performance of Purwadana Village Apparatus, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency

Abstract


 This research was conducted in Purwadana Village, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency, to determine the influence of the village head's leadership style and work culture on the performance of village apparatus simultaneously and partially.  The sample in this study is 76 village employees and Village Community Institutions (LKD) in the Purwadana village area. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression testing, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The results in this study are as follows: 1) The Effect of the Influence of the Village Head's Leadership Style on the Performance of the Purwadana Village Apparatus, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency. A partial test (t-test) was carried out to prove hypocrisy The research on the influence of the village head's leadership style on the performance of the village apparatus of Purwadana, East Telukjambe district, Karawang Regency that the  and also the sig were 0.001 < 0.05 so that it can be known that the influence is significant. Thus it can be taken that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telujkambe district, Karawang regency. 2) The influence of work culture on the performance of the village apparatus of Purwadana, East Telukjambe district, Karawang regency that the and also the sig is 0.000 0.05 so that it can be known that the influence is significant. Thus it can be taken that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of work culture on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telukjanve district, Karawang regency. 3) The influence of the village head's leadership style and work culture on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telukjambe district, Karawang regency.  Thus it can be taken that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence on the leadership style of the village head and work culture on the performance of the Purwadana village apparatus, East Telukjambe district, Karawang regency.
