Keterlambatan deteksi plasenta akreta pada trimester pertama
Abstract
Abstract. Placenta accreta is defined as the invasion of the abnormal trophoblast from part or all of the placenta into the myometrium of the uterine wall. abnormal implantation of the placenta in the uterine wall, complicates approximately 0.9% of pregnancies. Clinical risk factors include placenta praevia and a history of previous uterine surgery, such as a cesarean delivery. The incidence of placenta accreta increases with the increase in the number of cesarean deliveries. The incidence of placenta accreta in placenta previa patients is 25-50%. Placenta accreta causes 7-10% of cases of maternal mortality in the world. A history of previous cesarean section and intrauterine surgery are the most common risk factors for placenta accreta. Management of patients with placenta accreta is hysterectomy
