Gambaran gangguan tidur insomnia pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19 : studi literatur

Abstract


Tidur merupakan kebutuhan penting yang memiliki manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini timbul dampak gangguan tidur seperti insomnia, terutama pada mahasiswa. Kasus insomnia pada mahasiswa meningkat dari 6,9% menjadi 16,3%. Insomnia disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti gender, usia, kesehatan fisik dan mental, faktor yang berhubungan dengan Covid-19 dan lain–lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai gambaran insomnia pada mahasiswa serta faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi literatur melalui alat pencarian Google Scholar, Science Direct, dan Pubmed. Hasil penelusuran diperoleh 7 jurnal yang menyatakan bahwa saat pandemi Covid-19 sebagian besar mahasiswa mengalami insomnia. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi insomnia tersebut adalah stress, tekanan psikologis, pelayanan kesehatan mental, kondisi fisik, dan penggunaan gawai.
