Eruptive Lentiginosis Pada Penyembuhan Plak Psoriasis

Abstract


Eruptive lentiginosis in areas of resolving psoriatic plaques is a rare occurrence and appeared after the resolution of thick psoriatic plaques. The precise mechanism involved is still unclear, but eruptive lentiginosis can occure after the use of different treatment modalities to resolve psoriatic plaques, such as topical corticosteroid, ultraviolet light, and biologic therapies. We report of a case eruptive lentiginosis in resolving psoriatic plaque. We diagnosed the patient from history, physical examination and histopathology.
