The type of the research was quantitative analytic research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study consisted of all pregnant women registered at Kemiling Public Health Center from January to June 2019 with a total of 42 respondents. By using purposive sampling technique 42 samples were taken. The data were collected by questionnaire and observation sheets. The data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results showed 23 respondents (54.8%) had poor knowledge, 24 respondents (57.1%) had negative attitudes, and 24 respondents (57.1%) had abnormal serological screening results. Based on the results of statistical analysis it was found that there was a relationship among knowledge (p-value 0.001 <0.05) and attitude (p-value 0.003 <0.05) toward the implementation of serological screening (HIV, Shypilis, Hepatitis B and Rubella) on pregnant women. It is expected that respondents should always be routine and active in health counseling events held by the health center, especially about the importance of serological screening examinations. Therefore, the women could know and always take serological screening routinely and in accordance with the gestational age.
