Teknik mengeluarkan (prolapse) nukleus ke bilik mata depan

Abstract


Abstrak.  Katarak   merupakan   penyebab   utama  kebutaan   di dunia  yang  dapat   dicegah   dan di negara   berkembang    merupakan    % dari  penyebab   seluruh   kebutaan.   Ada  beberapa   teknik operasi   katarak   yaitu:   Intra  Capsular    Cataract Extration (ICCE),   Extra  Capsular  Cataract Extration (ECCE),  Small  lnsltlon Cataract  Surgery  (SICS).    Smal/  lnsit/on Cataract  Surgery dikenal   dengan  fakoemulsiflkasi   dan  manual  SICS (MSICS).  Bedah  katarak   insisi  kecll  (SICS) merupakan   salah  satu teknik  bedah  katarak  yang  sering  dipakai   di  negara  berkembang.  Ada dua t'eknik  untuk mengeluarakan  (prolapse)  nekleus  yang  sudah  dikembangkan    secara   luas yaitu  teknik  dengan   kapsulotomi    canopener   dan  teknik   dengan   capsu/orhexis.   (JKS 2009,·

Abstract.   Cataract   is the  main  cause   of  blindness    in the  world   that   can  be  prevented   in developing   countries  and  is % of all the  causes  of blindness.    There  are  several   techniques that  cataract    surgery:    Intra   Capsular   Cataract  Extration  (ICCE),    Extra   Capsular    Cataract Extration   (ECCE),   Small  lnsitlon   Cataract    Surgery    (SICS).    Small   lnsition    Cataract    Surgery with  fakoemulsifikasi     known  and  manual   SICS  (MSICS).    lnsisi   small  cataract  surgery   (SICS) is  one  of  the  cataract   surgical   techniques   used   in  developing   countries.   There   are  two techniques   for  getting   off  (prolapse)   nukleus  that  have  been  developed   extensively  with  the techniques   and capsulotomi   canopener   technique with  capsulorhexis.      (JKS2009; 1:41-44)
