Perawatan Tertutup pada Luka Bakar

Abstract

Abstrak.  Luka bakar adalah Iuka pada tubuh yang disebabkan oleh perubahan suhu ekstrem sehingga merubah kontinuitas jaringan tubuh. Konsekuensi dari Iuka bakar akan rnenyebabkan   kehilangan cairan tubuh dari intra seluler ke interstitial tubuh sehingga dapat menyebabkan shok hipovolumik.  Juga perawatan yang baik akan menyembabkan Iuka cepat sembuh dan mengurangi angka morbiditas dan mortalitas. Perawatan tertutup adalah cara yang dianjurkan WHO untuk mencegah kontaminasi Iuka.  (JKS2006,•3:125-140)

Abstract.  Bums are injuries on the body caused by an extreme temperature that change the tissue continuity. The consequences of burns will cause the loss of body fluid from the intra-cellular to interstitial  body that may cause hypovolumic shock.  A good treatment will make the wounds heal faster and will reduce the morbidity and mortality. Perfoming a closed care is the WHO recommended way in order to prevent the contamination of wounds. (JKS2006;3:125-140)
