Ultrasonografi pada lkterus Obstruksi

Abstract

Abstrak. Ikterus obstruksi atau  kolestasis  adalah keadaan terhambatnya aliran empedu mencapai duodenum dalamjumlah normal. Dibagi menjadi  2: kolestasis intrahepatik dan kolestasis ekstrahepatik. Penyebab tersering ikterus obstruksi  adalah batu  saluran  bilier  dan  Ca  Pancreas.  Ultrasonografi  masih  merupakan modalitas imaging pertarna untuk pemeriksaan awal pada penderita   ikterus obstruksi dengan ketepatan diagnosis  yang sangat tinggi. Pemeriksaan ultrasonografi dapat menentukankelainan intrahepatik atau ekstrahepatik,dan .dapat menentukan ikterus obstruksi atau non-obstruksi, sehingga dapat diambil langkah penanganan penderita dengan tepat, secara pembedahan atau non-bedah, (JKS2006;3:157-170)

Abstract. Obstructive jaundice or cholestasis is a condition where the bile flow to duodenum  was obstructed. Cholestasis is divided into 2:  intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholestasis. The most common cause of jaundice is obstructive biliary tract stones and Ca Pancreas. Ultrasonographis still the first imaging modality for initial examination on patients with obstructive jaundice with a very high diagnostic accuracy. Ultrasonography is able to  determine the intrahepatic or extrahepatic abnormalities, and also can be used to determine obstruction jaundice or non-obstruction, so that an action can be taken with proper handling of patients, by surgical or non- surgical.      (JKS 2006;3:157-170)
