KEMAMPUAN SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 16 BANDA ACEH MENELAAH UNSUR-UNSUR SURAT DINAS

Abstract

 ABSTRAK

Penelitian yang berjudul “Kemampuan Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh Menelaah Unsur-Unsur Surat Dinas” ini mengangkat masalah bagaimanakah tingkat kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh menelaah unsur-unsur surat dinas. Populasi ini adalah siswa kelas  VII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh  tahun ajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 110 siswa dengan sampel 32 siswa. Sampel diambil secara acak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik nontes dan pengolahan data digunakan teknik kuantitatif dalam bentuk penghitungan nilai rata-rata (mean). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 16  Banda Aceh menelaah unsur-unsur surat dinas adalah 65. Berdasarkan acuan penilaian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh menelaah unsur-unsur surat dinas berada pada kategori cukup yaitu berada pada rentang 55-69.

ABSTRACT

The study, entitled "The Ability of Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh Reviewing the Elements of the Letter of Service" raises the question of how the level of ability of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh examines the elements of the official letter. This population is the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh 2016/2017 academic year amounted to 110 students with a sample of 32 students. Samples were done randomly. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data collecting was done by non nontest technique and data processing was used quantitative technique in the form of mean value calculation and pass rate calculation. The result of data analysis shows that the average score of the ability of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh to examine the elements of the official letter is 65. Based on the assessment reference indicates that the level of ability of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh examines the elements of the official letter Enough category that is in the range 55-69.
