PENGUATAN MGMP GURU BAHASA INDONESIA SMP DI KOTA SABANG BERBASIS PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN LANGKAH-LANGKAH PEMBELAJARAN
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan penguatanMGMP kelas Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Kota Sabang (2) kekhasan susunan organisasi MGMP kelas Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Kota Sabang, dan (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat kualitas MGMP di SMP Kota Sabang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif dan pendekatan yang digunakan fenomenologi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Kota Sabang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara pengamatan dan bertanya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis struktural dan analisis model interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Penguatan MGMP tingkat SMP Indonesia di Kota Sabang meliputi kegiatan-kegiatan berikut: pemrograman, pembelajaran pengembangan perangkat lunak, metode pengajaran, alat bantu belajar, assasmen pembelajaran, dan peningkatan kompetensi guru, sarana dan prasarana, dan penjadwalan untuk penelitian tindakan kolaboratif. (2) susunan dan manajemen keanggotaan MGMP diatur dengan berbagai tugas dan fungsi. (3) Faktor yang mendukung pelaksanaan penguatan yaitu: menyatukan pemahaman, persepsi guru, komitmen, dan sikap mental guru. Faktor penghambat penguatan anggaran terbatas, tempat kurang representatif, jadwal kegiatan MGMP kurang tepat.

ABSTRACT
This study agreed to understand: (1) the implementation of strengthening the Indonesian MGMP class in Sabang City Middle School (2) the specific organizational structure of the Indonesian MGMP class in Sabang City Middle School, and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of MGMP quality in the Sabang City Middle School. This research is a qualitative research and research that uses phenomenology. The study was conducted at Sabang City Middle School. Data collection techniques are done by observation and asking questions. Data analysis techniques used are structural analysis and interactive model analysis. The results of this study are (1) Strengthening the MGMP of Indonesian junior high school level in Sabang City containing the following activities: programming, learning software development, methods that help, learning, learning assessment, and increasing teacher competence, facilities and infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure , and scheduling for collaborative action research. (2) the composition and management of MGMP are regulated by various tasks and functions. (3) Factors that support the implementation of coordination, namely: uniting understanding, teacher perceptions, commitment, and teacher mental attitude. Inhibiting factors in increasing the budget is limited, the place is not representative, the MGMP activities schedule is not right.
