Jurnal Agrisep is an open access and online journal that encompasses a broad range of research topics in the study of agricultural economics, agribusiness, and rural sociology. The study of agricultural economics encompasses discourse on agricultural analysis from the perspective of macroeconomics, microeconomics and international trade. The study of agribusiness encompasses marketing, commerce, human resources, finance, entrepreneurship and business strategy. The study of rural sociology encompasses rural and agricultural development.

Jurnal Agrisep is scientific journal and published twice a year (June and December) since 2000. The article published in Jurnal Agrisep can be written either in Indonesian or in English. Jurnal Agrisep is a peer reviewed journal which is indexed or abstracted in: Google Scholar, Indonesia OneSearch, Garuda Dikti, Bielefeld Academic Search Engine (BASE), OCLC WorldCat and registered in Crossref with Digital Object Identifier (DOI) prefix 10.17969/agrisep.
