Strategi Penggunaan Berkelanjutan E-Wallet Di Kota Banda Aceh

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Security Privacy terhadap Continuance Use Intention dengan Trust dan Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna e-wallet di Kota Banda Aceh. Responden penelitian berjumlah 260 orang yaitu pengguna e-wallet yang berdomisili di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling, dimana siapa saja yang ditemui dapat menjadi sampel selama mereka memenuhi kriteria sebagai anggota populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan memanfaatkan software Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) untuk mengolah data yang telah terkumpul. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap Continuance Use Intention, Perceived Security and Privacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap Continuance Use Intention, Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap Trust, Perceived Security and Privacy berpengaruh terhadap Trust, Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap Satisfaction, Perceived Security and Privacy berpengaruh terhadap Satisfaction, Trust berpengaruh terhadap Continuance Use Intention, Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Continuance Use Intention, Trust memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Perceived Usefulness terhadap Continuance Use Intention, Trust memediasi secara penuh pengaruh Perceived Security and Privacy terhadap Continuance Use Intention, dan Satisfaction memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Perceived Usefulness terhadap Continuance Use Intention pada Pengguna E-wallet di Kota Banda Aceh.
