Author Guidelines

SYSTEMATICS OF MANUSCRIPT WRITING

 

1. Title

  1. Title, author name, institution and appropriate email.
  2. The title should not be more than 20 words, describing the entire contents of the writing, typed in Times New Roman bold font size 14 (the English abstract title should also be no more than 20 words).

 

2. Abstracts

  1. Abstracts must be written in Indonesian and English.
  2. The abstract is made in one paragraph without subtitles consisting of background, objectives, methods, results and conclusions as well as 3-5 keywords/phrases written in Times New Roman italic font size 10 with 150-200 words.

 

3. Content

  1. The subtitles consist of Introduction (background, literature review, problem formulation and objectives written in one chapter without subtitles), Methods, Discussion, Conclusions and References.

  3. Manuscripts must be presented in text format according to writing instructions.
  4. The manuscript is typed in Times New Roman font size 12 on A4 paper size single-spaced (210 x 297 mm) with a left margin of 2.5 cm, right margin of 2.0 cm, bottom margin of 2.0 cm, and top margin of 2.5 cm.
  5. Manuscripts consist of 2000 – 4000 words, or a maximum of 10 pages.
  6. Images must be in JPEG format and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch), tables must be included in the body of the text and not as attachments.
  7. Figures and tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals, and the table title and brief information about the table should be written in Times New Roman bold font size 10 with single spacing.

 

4. Reference

All references referred to in the article text must be listed in the Bibliography section. The Bibliography must contain reference libraries originating from primary sources (scientific journals and a minimum of 70% of the total bibliography) published in the last 10 (ten) years. Each article contains at least 10 (ten) reference bibliographies. The writing format is Harvard Anglia Style. Writing a reference system in the article text and writing a bibliography should use a reference management application program such as: Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, or others.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
