Chimica Didactica Acta is a peer-reviewed open access journal which focuses on Chemistry and Chemistry Education. Please see the Focus and Scope tab for further information. The Journal is published biannually by the Department of Chemistry Education Universitas Syiah Kuala each June and December.

As an academic journal, each article submitted to the journal subject to double blind peer review to ensure the quality and originality of the article. Authors are encouraged to submit their articles via online journal system (OJS) or contact us at chimica@fkip.usk.ac.id. CDA is indexed by DOAJ, Sinta, Google Scholar, BASE, Dimension, OneSearch, and CrossRef. Each article published in CDA is assigned by doi which is a unique number provided by crossref to identify individual article.

Starting from the volume 11 issue 1, June 2023, CDA published articles only in English in order to reach more readers worldwide and to gain wider recognition. Prospected authors therefore are encouraged to submit the manuscript written in English.
